I had a great experience at the hotel. The location was perfect, with easy access to public transportation and nearby attractions. The staff were friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. The room, although small, wasnice and neat. I appreciated the convenience of having a mobility card for unlimited use of buses and trams. I highly recommend this hotel for its convenient location and cute atmosphere.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, as it was conveniently situated on a tram route that ran right by the hotel. This made it easy for me to explore the city and reach all the main tourist attractions. the hotel was very near shops, including a couple of grocery stores, convenient for picking up any essentials. The hotel was also close to the city centre, making it a great base for exploring all the cultural and historical gems this city has to offer. The staff were attentive, ensuring that I had a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Excellent location, easy check-in procedure, complimentary beverages, nice design. Friendly staff, clean rooms, attached balcony with great view. Conveniently located near Starbucks, convenience stores, cultural center, grill restaurant, and tram stop. Perfect location, attentive staff via chat.

I had a very pleasant stay at the hotel. the location was excellent as it was very close to the Conference centre of Basel. This made it incredibly convenient for me, especially since I was attending a conference there. Secondly, the hotel provided a free ticket for public transportation, which was a great value-added feature. I was able to easily explore the city and even take the bus to the airport without any extra cost. Additionally, the staff at the hotel were fantastic. They were attentive, friendly, and always ready to assist. It really made me feel welcomed and taken care of during my stay. Lastly, the rooms had basic amenities and were well-maintained. I particularly liked that my room had a window that faced the yard, providing a nice view.
